From Route 18
northbound - Take Route 18 North (approx 2.25 miles from turnpike; 2 miles from route 1) to the 2nd George Street exit. Sign says "George St - Rutgers Univ" (currently the 1st George Street exit is closed for construction). Make a left at end of exit ramp onto George Street. Go to the first light and make a right on to Hamilton Street. Go 1.5 miles on Hamilton Street. Sophie's Bistro is on the left at 700 Hamilton Street. Yellow building with blue shutters.
From 287 - Take Exit 10 (New Brunswick - Easton Avenue - Route 527). Follow Easton Avenue towards New Brunswick through 4 traffic lights or 2 miles. Make right at JFK Boulevard before fifth traffic light. (Landmark is Somerset Diner on left.) Go up JFK Boulevard 1.9 miles to third traffic light. Make left onto Hamilton Street. Sophie's is located 1.8 miles or 4 traffic lights on right side at 700 Hamilton Street. Yellow building with blue shutters.
From Rutgers University / New Brunswick Train Station - Take Easton Avenue up 2 lights. Turn left onto Hamilton Street. Go approximately 1 mile. Sophie's Bistro is on the left at 700 Hamilton Street. Yellow building with blue shutters.
From Princeton University
- Take Route 27 North towards New Brunswick approximately 13 miles. Make a left onto Veronica Avenue. Go all the way to the end and make a right onto Hamilton Street. Go approximately 3 miles. Right after the John's shopping center. Sophie's Bistro is located on the right, just after the next traffic light and the Fire House at 700 Hamilton Street. Yellow building with blue shutters.
Plenty of free parking is available in Sophie's Parking lot and in the shopping center parking lot next to the firehouse next-door.
